Set up shop at Greens Grow.
Team Mobility is Chris Mufalli, Can Onart, Tim Peet, and Adam Rusiski. Our objective is to aid the urban farmer through all of the stages of a crops life, from growing, to harvesting, to selling. By designing a cart with interchangeable parts for these different stages, we hope to maximize efficiency and make the lives of the farmers a bit easier. We are working on a number of attachments that will be able to snap or hang right onto our cart, allowing tools, counter space, signage, shade and seating to be easily added and removed when needed.

Team Mobil brought the cart to Greens Grow to test it out.

Greens Grow’s flower pot containers fit perfectly into our storage compartments.

There tools look great on our cart!

Cart without canopy or extra attachments on it. All attachments can be stored in the carts green base when not in use.

All the compartment lids on our cart have a second purpose. The middle lid, shown here, doubles as a bench.

This container holds small hooks when not in use as well as small tools or your cold drink on a hot day outside.

Canopy on cart. tube frame for canopy consists of 12 poles that connect to form the canopy structure.
Over the past few weeks, we have been thinking and testing different clips that can be used to hold our numerous attachments to our cart. Our problem was that we could not find a clip that met all of our needs. It must be able to hold a good amount a weight, it must be easy to take on and off the cart and it must be able to adapt to any fitting that we may need. During this struggle, we have tested clips that were too tight, too loose, and others that ended up being kind of useless. So we continued to search Home Depot and our other resources for the perfect clip, when Chris came across a small PVC connector. We cut and modified it a little bit and soon realized that this was the clip we had been looking for. It is able to easily snap on and off, it looks nice, it can be adapted to hold many of our tools and objects, and it basically met all of our needs. This discovery happened only two days ago, so right now we are in the process of modifying these connectors, to create a new and improved universal clips for our cart.
